NAKO includes a fully integration ticketing system for support. Clients can log tickets directly from their NAKO accounts. Tickets are monitored from the support site.

Consultants manage responses from the ticket system, ensuring that clients experience a fully seamless support experience.

The NAKO support site further facilitates management of leads and customer conversions. While this is an optional feature, the functionality can help you to manage your network and lead base if you do not have an existing solution.

Manage both software and support contracts directly from the support site. Clients will receive a notification after logging in if payment is required and locked if payment is not made in a timely manner.
