Employee Wellness allows you to view your time and attendance in a visual way while it helps to identify behavior changes in your employees.

It furthermore becomes a tool that allows you to place the health of your time and attendance back into the hands of your employees. 

The Employee Wellness Map (seen on the right) is a visual representation of the status and changes within the time and attendance health of each employee.

NAKO will identify minor and major changes in the behaviors of employees and flag and improvements or declines with their wellness scores. Various criteria can be linked to their wellness, such as latecomers, unpaid leave, short time, etc.

This can be used to react faster to changes within your working environment and to prevent an employee from causing too much damage. It also allows you to be more pro-active in ensuring employees wellness within your company.

Your employees can now see their own time and attendance in a visual way which will encourage them to focus on their own time and attendance. Many companies select the option to link their bonuses to their time and attendance wellness in order to encourage maximum work performance with regards to time and attendance.
